SIP INTO SPRING (with special guests!)

Featuring the wines of the Altro Piemonte Export Group with Special Guest, Chef Moreno Borghini!

After collaborating on last year’s dinner club, we are excited to welcome back Chef Moreno Borghini, who will join Chef Aubrey and the Pedal 'N Pi team for a relaxed and interactive spring gathering. This event is inspired by the mountain cuisine and wine traditions of Northern Italy.

The evening will feature two guided wine tasting stations featuring Nebbiolo, Vespolina, and other wines of Alto Piemotne led by Meredith Sutch of Tavolo Vigneto, and Giuesepe Delmastro of Altro Piemonte.

Chefs Moreno and Aubrey will prepare hors d’oeuvres rooted in seasonality and the food traditions of Northern Italy. Guests will also enjoy a live polenta concia station: a comforting Alpine dish enriched with melted cheese and butter, served warm from the pot.

Expect an atmosphere influenced by the rustic elegance of springtime in Piemonte.
