At the Sunday Dinner Club, guests gather around a shared table for a surprise tasting menu shaped by what I’m inspired by in the moment. Each dinner is designed specifically for the occasion, with no two menus ever the same.
My cooking is rooted in seasonality and a deep respect for ingredients, while also drawing from the places I’ve worked, traveled, and learned. From local farms to global markets, each menu reflects a balance of familiarity and discovery.
The experience is intimate and interactive. Guests are guided through each course, with thoughtfully paired beverages designed to complement and elevate the progression of the meal.
